It depends on the package. S01 has a 12-month minimum term — or you can buy it outright for $890. S03 and S04 are cancelable monthly once onboarding is complete (30-day notice to month-end). We only ever lock you in if you ask us to.
S01 includes one content revision per month — swapping text, images, or opening hours. Larger rebuilds are scoped as a separate project. S03 and S04 include ongoing adjustments within the agreed scope. Anything beyond that is discussed transparently upfront, so there are never any surprises on the invoice.
A real person. At DripBack you work directly with the team that built your website. No anonymous helpdesks, no call-forwarding chains. S04 clients have direct access to the developer by phone or message. Response times: S01 Standard (48 h), S03 Priority (<24 h), S04 Direct access (typically within a few hours).
Yes. S03 and S04 are cancelable monthly after onboarding. S01 has a 12-month minimum, then monthly thereafter. We have no interest in retaining customers who aren't delighted — which is why we invest heavily in quality and clear communication from day one. Your domain and all content belong to you, no questions asked.
For S03 and S04, we offer a 10% discount for annual upfront payment. Clients with multiple projects or locations receive individual pricing — just ask. Non-profits and early-stage startups are handled case-by-case.
